Today everyone has rights! With adoption issues, however, some parties are better represented than others. Generally speaking, the rights of the adoptive party are strong.

It is always nice to know the people behind the organization. Family Preservation Outreach was founded by Linda Russell. Linda was born and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
