PERSONAL

Family Preservation Outreach was founded by Linda Russell. Linda was born and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

As an author, speaker, expert witness, and educator Linda uses her life experience and background to address the societal need to preserve families. Linda enjoys reaching out to legislators with help in authoring bills that provide legal support in preserving families.

Together they share 4 children and 4 grandchildren. One of her grandchildren was raised by an adoptive family.

PROFESSIONAL

Linda’s educational background includes a doctorate in educational administration from Oklahoma State University and a second masters degree in Human Relations with a counseling emphasis. She completed the professional counseling license and is licensed in 4 states, Texas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. She also owns a consulting firm that helps therapists improve their practices. Over 170 therapists currently contract with Therapist Consultants. She owns a mental health group practice with seven therapists in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Family Preservation Outreach is a 501(3)c and was founded to work with all families struggling with an unexpected pregnancy or moms, dads and children who are at risk of being separated because of life circumstances such as addiction and legal problems.
